Where inside Orchid Hotel are you located?
Orchid Spa is located on the dedicated wellness floor inside Orchid Hotel, Deira Clocktower. Our hotel reception staff and dedicated signage will direct you straight to our private spa entrance. Complimentary valet parking is available at the hotel entrance.
Do I need to make an appointment in advance?
While walk-in guests are welcome subject to therapist availability, we strongly recommend booking at least 1-2 hours in advance—especially for our Moroccan Hammam and VIP Jacuzzi suites—to ensure your room is preheated and prepared for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Apple Pay, and UAE Dirhams (AED) cash. Hotel guests may also charge treatments directly to their hotel room.
What is included with the VIP Room Jacuzzi Massage?
